Terms of Service

Blessed Proxies (“we”, “us”) is operated by a limited liability company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of blessedproxies.com, your account and the proxy bandwidth you buy from us. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

For customer service, billing and all other communication, contact us at support@blessedproxies.com. Where the law requires us to provide business identification details, such as our legal name or business address, we provide them through the appropriate channels.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• The service is currently offered only to customers located in the United States with a U.S. billing address. This is about where you are and how you pay. The proxy locations you choose in the generator can be in any country we offer.
• You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Discord. You must give accurate information and keep your login details, and the proxy credentials you generate, secure and private.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including traffic sent through your proxies.
• One account per person or business. Don't create extra accounts to get around limits, promotions or a suspension.
• Tell us straight away at support@blessedproxies.com if you think your account or proxy credentials have been compromised.

We sell residential and mobile proxy bandwidth, billed per gigabyte (GB). The proxy network is operated by our third-party network provider; we provide the storefront, your account, ordering and support.

• Current products and prices: Premium Residential $4.00 per GB, Essential Residential $3.00 per GB, Mobile Proxies $6.00 per GB. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Each order is for a whole number of GB from 5 to 100 GB. The minimum card charge per order is $10.00.
• Bandwidth is measured in the GB units reported by our network provider. Usage shown in your dashboard is updated periodically and may lag behind actual use.
• Generating proxy lines is free and does not use bandwidth. Bandwidth is used only when traffic passes through your proxies, and all lines for a plan share that plan's balance. When a plan runs out, its proxies stop working until you buy more.
• Purchased bandwidth has no scheduled expiration date. However, network availability can change: specific locations, networks, pools or products may change or be discontinued over time.
• We don't guarantee any particular IP address, location, network, speed, uptime or success rate on any website.

• You pay by card on a secure payment page provided by our payment provider. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Your order is created when you continue to payment. Bandwidth is added to your account only after the payment is confirmed. This is checked automatically and normally takes a few minutes, but can take longer. You can follow the status on the payment status page and in your order history.
• If a payment is not completed before the payment page expires, the order is closed, nothing is charged and any promo code reserved for it is released.
• If your payment is confirmed but we can't deliver your bandwidth, we will contact you and offer either a refund or another attempt at delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.

Your proxies are for use by you, or by people working on your behalf (such as your employees) under your responsibility. You may not resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise provide access to the service or your proxies to third parties without our prior written permission.

• Promo codes give a percentage or fixed discount and may be limited to certain products, dates, a number of uses, or one use per customer. One code can be used per order.
• The discount is shown before you pay. It can't take an order below the $10.00 minimum charge.
• To apply a discount, a promotional credit may be added to your account with our network provider when your order is placed and used immediately for that order. Promotional credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, refunded or used for anything else.
• Promotional discounts have no cash redemption value.
• We may end or change a promotion, and may cancel discounts obtained by misuse (for example, through multiple accounts).

We do not currently offer a store credit balance that you can top up or spend later.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You alone are responsible for how you use the proxies, including following the terms of the websites you access and all applicable laws.

• We may suspend or close your account, disable proxy generation or stop your plans without notice if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use puts our service, our providers or others at risk, or if we are required to by law or by our network provider.
• Accounts closed for misuse are not entitled to a refund, except where the law requires otherwise (see the Refund Policy).
• You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account, email support@blessedproxies.com.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that any website will accept traffic from our proxies.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought against us or our providers that arise from your use of the service, the traffic you send through it, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will post a notice on the website (and may also email you) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws that apply where you live.
