Refund Policy
Effective November 4, 2026
How purchases work
You buy proxy bandwidth per GB. Your card is charged when you complete payment, and the bandwidth is added to your account (activated) once the payment is confirmed. From then on it is available for immediate use.
Payments that don't go through
- If you leave the payment page or the payment fails, you are not charged and no bandwidth is added.
- Unpaid orders close automatically when the payment page expires. You can start a new checkout at any time.
Paid orders we can't deliver
If your payment is confirmed but we can't add your bandwidth, your order is flagged for review and we will contact you. You can choose a refund of the amount you paid, or another attempt at delivery.
Activated bandwidth
Once bandwidth has been added to your account (activated), it is generally non-refundable, whether or not you have used it, except:
- where the law requires a refund; or
- where a failure of our service or our network provider prevents you from using it, in which case we will review your request and may offer a refund or another remedy that is appropriate for the failure.
Purchased bandwidth has no scheduled expiration date, but network availability can change (see our Terms of Service).
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged an amount different from the total shown at checkout, email support@blessedproxies.com with your order number (for example BP-1001) and we will correct it.
Promo codes and promotional credit
- Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid, after any discount.
- Promotional credit and discounts have no cash redemption value and are not refundable.
- If an order is refunded, any promo code used on it may not be reusable.
Misuse
Accounts suspended or closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service are not entitled to a refund, except where the law requires otherwise. Patterns such as repeated refund requests after using bandwidth, or refund-and-repurchase cycles, may lead us to decline refunds or close the account.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
- If something is wrong with a charge, please email support@blessedproxies.com first. Most problems can be solved quickly without a dispute.
- If you open a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, we may suspend your account and plans while it is reviewed, and we may share your order, payment and usage records with the payment processor as evidence.
- Disputes for bandwidth that was delivered and used may result in your account being closed.
How to request a refund
Email support@blessedproxies.com from the address on your account with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will review your request and reply by email. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, including any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase.
