Blessed Proxies is operated by a limited liability company, which is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at support@blessedproxies.com about anything in it.

• Account details: your email address and the name you register with. Your password is sent over an encrypted connection to our authentication provider, which stores it only in hashed form. We don't store or log it.
• If you sign in with Discord: your Discord account ID, username or display name, email address and profile picture link, as shared by Discord with your permission.
• Orders: the product, amount of GB, prices, any discount and promo code, payment and delivery status, and reference numbers from our payment and network providers. We do not receive or store your card number.
• Plans and usage: how much bandwidth you bought, used and have left, as reported by our network provider.
• Proxy credentials: the proxy lines you generate are shown to you and not stored by us.
• Support emails: anything you send to support@blessedproxies.com.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to run and secure the website.

Your proxy traffic. We don't record the content of traffic you send through our proxies. Our network provider processes connection information, such as destination websites, times and amounts of data transferred, to measure usage, bill bandwidth and prevent abuse.

• to process payments, deliver bandwidth and show your plans, usage and orders;
• to send account emails, such as email confirmation and password reset links;
• to answer support requests;
• to prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy;
• to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't send you marketing emails without your consent.

We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf to run Blessed Proxies:

• Supabase: our database and sign-in system (account details, orders, plans and usage).
• Render: hosts the website and its servers.
• Resend: delivers our account emails.
• Our proxy network provider: operates the proxy network and our payment gateway. It receives a customer ID for your account, your email address and display name (so your account can be identified with them), your orders, and the usage and connection information described above.
• Stripe: processes card payments. Your card details go directly to the payment page and Stripe, not to us.
• Discord: only if you choose to sign in with Discord.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others, for example when investigating fraud or abuse.

Where the law gives you the right to know the identity of the recipients of your data, contact us and we will provide it.

Our providers may store and process data in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws from where you live.

We only use cookies that the website needs to work: cookies that keep you signed in, and short-lived cookies that complete Discord sign-in and email links securely. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

We don't track you across other websites, so our website doesn't change its behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. We don't allow third parties to collect information about your online activities across different websites through our website.

• Account information: kept while your account is open. After it is closed, we keep it only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes (such as preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our Terms) or to meet legal obligations.
• Order and payment records: kept for as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute purposes.
• Support emails: kept as long as needed to handle your request, and afterward only as needed for legitimate business purposes or legal obligations.

• You can see your account details, plans and orders in your dashboard.
• To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, email support@blessedproxies.com from the address on your account. When an account is deleted, we close it and remove or de-identify personal data we no longer need, but keep order and payment records as described above.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), keep payment and supplier keys on our servers only, and limit each customer's access to their own data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Blessed Proxies is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will post a notice on the website and may also email you.
