Acceptable Use Policy

Use Blessed Proxies only for lawful, legitimate purposes, such as web data collection, price and ad monitoring, SEO, brand protection, market research and testing your own services. A good rule of thumb: if you couldn't lawfully do it from your own internet connection without breaking a website's terms, don't do it through our proxies.

You must not use our proxies, or let anyone else use them, to:

• gain unauthorized access to any system, account or network, including hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, credential stuffing, password spraying or brute-force attacks, or testing systems you don't own or have written permission to test;
• commit fraud of any kind, including carding, payment fraud, identity theft, phishing, account takeover, or creating fake accounts in bulk;
• distribute malware, spyware, ransomware or other malicious code, or run botnets or command-and-control servers;
• send spam or other unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, by email, SMS, social media or any other channel;
• carry out denial-of-service attacks or flood any service with traffic, at any network or application layer;
• use automated bidding or activity that manipulates prices or availability on auction, ticketing or trading platforms;
• access, store or share child sexual abuse material, or any content that exploits children, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• route traffic for, or on behalf of, people, organizations or countries subject to sanctions;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, harass or threaten anyone, or collect personal data unlawfully;
• break any law or regulation that applies to you or to the websites and services you access.

• You are responsible for all traffic sent through your proxies, and for following the terms of service, robots.txt rules and rate limits of the websites you access.
• Keep your proxy credentials private. Anyone with your lines can use your bandwidth.
• People working on your behalf (such as your employees) may use your proxies, and you are responsible for making sure they follow this policy.
• Don't resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise give third parties access to our service or your proxies without our prior written permission.
• One account per person or business. Don't use multiple accounts to get around limits, promotions or a suspension.

Our network provider monitors for abuse, and we act on abuse reports and alerts we receive. If we believe this policy has been broken, we may, without notice:

• suspend proxy generation, pause or stop your plans, or suspend or close your account;
• refuse future orders;
• report illegal activity to the authorities and cooperate with lawful requests from them.

Our network provider may also pause plans independently when it detects abuse. Accounts closed for misuse are not entitled to a refund, except where the law requires otherwise (see our Refund Policy).

To report abuse coming from our proxies, email support@blessedproxies.com with as much detail as possible (time, destination, IP address and what happened).
